   Hafa Adai,
I'm part of an underwater archaeology group collecting information surrounding the use of Amtracs during the Liberation of Guam in 1944. We've surveyed a submerged Amtrac LVT4, we think, and are writing a report to submit the site as a candidate for the National Register of Historic Places. Any and all information, photos, stories, etc., concerning Amtracs and the liberation of Guam would help us get recognition for its significance as well as help preserve the wreck.
